Some people are just so damn dumb, that you just can't keep from letting them continue running stark naked in to that door knob. The amusement value alone is worth something, and since they never learn, they'll never stop, so you might as well just sit back and enjoy the show.I'd use a different allegory. Like some poor schmuck who keeps touching the third rail in the subway.

(unless the guy just wants it unlocked).3rd rails however are a pretty shocking experience.

As I anticipated, the Laity PFR was [link]distributed today,http://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx ... 13-875.htm[/link] for the 5/2/2014 conference. Although it won't be official until the orders list is published on 5/5/2014, this sucker is dead. 8-)

Wow, poor Laity is having a bad week. He is claiming that since SCOTUS denied his POS it is a victory because it left the precedent of Minor v Happersett in place.

SCOTUS also left Wong Kim Ark in place as well. And didn't say Mario Apuzzo was wrong.

So this is a great victory not only for Laity but for Mario Apuzzo as well.

I suspect his next move will be to try to have a rehearing of a rehearing. I love his part about offering 10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the president. Laity can't even scrape up the money for his filings let alone 10,000

An arrest will undo everything that has come before, so of course that means he'll get all the money he's wasted on his lawsuits back!

In what definition of arresting someone does it mean you send them mail?

Not to put too big a damper(well, I was really thinking more along the lines of a big bucket of cold water) on the imminent frog marchin' and all or the upcoming party, but is there even a Federal "right" "power" of citizen's arrest to begin with? Is it even recognized in all state jurisdictions?

Is it even recognized in all state jurisdictions? And, following birther standards, can Laity make a citizen's arrest without having produced his birth certificate, baptismal records, kindergarten records, school graduation certificates, college records and passport to prove that he is a citizen, despite the prima facie evidence of his disloyal, unpatriotic and seditionist activity? Of course, no documentation will be accepted as valid without independent verification by forensic document examiners.

The idea that somebody could commit an arrest (which is defined by enforced loss of liberty) by mail is so stupid that it's difficult to believe that even a birther would suggest it. But hey, they can always find new stupid!

I just had to ask mr Laity why, if there has been a citizens arrest, the POTUS is still going about his presidential business. On past form he will either ignore me or fire off some juvenile attempt at an insult.
