No, no, no. The head has to be removed from the body and they each have to be cremated. Then the ashes have to be scattered into separate bodies of running water. It's the only way to keep it from consolidating again.

Like barnacles on a ship, they eventually get mixed for ocean to ocean.

So a newspaper wrote this opinion piece (registration required) on presidential elibigility. It apparently mentioned Fair, so in turn (at ORYR/BR) she wrote this "epic" response.

It is indeed "epic"... Or something.

As are the comments. Doc C lays it out for them and those idiots just ignore it (as usual) because it doesn't fit their preconceived agenda.

They are nutz.

LOL -- that contains the second stupidest claim I've ever seen Tracy make. She found an index for the Congressional Globe Appedix from the 28th Congress. There's an entry that says Allegiance. (See Webster. See Vattel.) Tracy insists that the entry means that we are to look to Vattel for the definition of natural allegiance. Uh... No, it means go to the index entries for Webster and Vattel and find the entries for allegiance detailed there.

The stupidest claim was after I spent several posts about one of her Trumbull quotes taken out of context. The quote was during a debate on Indians and jurisdiction. So Tracy decides that Obama, as a member of the Luo tribe, isn't under the jurisdiction of the US.

Meh, it's a hobby.

Tracy finally figured out that Whatever4 and YouAreJoking are the same person, because I think she checks in on this thread. (Hi, KBO! )

I don't normally use different names when posting in birtherdom, but my regular handle was already taken on Disqus.

So this post is off-topic, but I went over to Birther Report and saw Doc's wonderful comments. He is cleaning up over there. :P

Anyway, somebody brings up "Publius Huldah".

Now I've been over to her blog before. All the RWNJ's go to her for advice. When they agree with her, it's all good. And when they don't, they dismiss her.

For the record, she thinks the Common Law Grand Jury is nonsense.

I would like your opinion on this move.http://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/ ... rranto.pdf

This was sent simultaneously to all federal judges in all 50 states and 3000 plus counties and 51 originals to all 9 Supreme Court Justices.

It is pretentious and silly. And shows why people should not meddle in areas where they are not qualified.

Would they perform brain surgery on a patient? So why do they think they are qualified to spout off about Quo Warranto?

If they wanted to help, they would buckle down and learn our Declaration of Independence and Constitution and get others to do the same. And they would work to elect to office people who had learned those two Founding Documents.

As it is, they are just showing off and making fools of themselves and spreading ignorance and misinformation…..

Comment by Publius Huldah | November 21, 2014 | Reply

Later, when Ron Vrooman found himself in a pickle (as I posted in the Sovereign Citizens and other Nuts topic), he went to her for advice. (ETA: He ignored that advice as well. She told him to get a lawyer.)

Her bio on her blog:

Lawyer, philosopher & logician. Strict constructionist of the U.S. Constitution. Passionate about The Federalist Papers (Alexander Hamilton, James Madison & John Jay), restoring constitutional government, The Bible, the writings of Ayn Rand, & the following: There is no such thing as Jew & Greek, slave & freeman, male & female, black person & white person; for we are all one person in Christ Jesus.

Front page to her blog:

one of the "ask questions" pages:

https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/ask ... t-page-11/

Anyway, over at that Birther Report there is a video: Tennessee Senate Judiciary Committee hearing of SB 250 on February 27, 2013 .

It's cued up (I think.) Just watch for a few minutes. A senator asks for her name. She refuses to give it. --> (edit: I backed it up a couple of minutes to give you an idea what she was testifying about. She's asked about her name at about 46:45)

I confess I didn't watch her whole testimony. Nor did I watch the other video posted at Birther Report of her speaking to someone at the Villages Tea Party. (The Villages in Florida).

I don't wanna start a topic on her (yet), but it's noted that it was RC Radio's hilarious guest, Tennessee Senator Mae Beavers, who invited 'Publius Hudah' to speak.

Also, she says she is a "retired litigation attorney". Sometimes she says "As a former criminal defense lawyer..." She also says she was a JAG for awhile.

I've never once heard that a person could testify, yet not give their name.

I don't remember it. I just checked the docket recently and the waiver was not there. Well we all know what that means. Her case is :hang:

It was dead long before seeing that entry.

But, that said, it's still possible SCOTUS could request a reply up to March 5. It's highly unlikely. If they don't by then, yeah, D-E-A-D.
