Considering that most of the grifters we watch here at Fogbow disclose nothing whatsoever about actual receipts and disbursements, I'd say that Ms. Fair's "accounting" of contributions and expenses is like a breath of fresh air.(OK, I'll admit it: "breath of fresh air" isn't exactly the best simile to describe anything about Ms. Fair, much less her breath.)But compared to, say, Taitz or Vidurek, this is bright sunshine.

Concur.

I do find it ridiculous that she spent $299 (?) for a stupid press release and other monies to send her poop to places other than SCOTUS. It'll do no good at SCOTUS (because she's essentially asking for an advisory opinion re Cruz, et al.) but she's a birther, so...

I guess it costs you in America ($299.00) to blare stupid shit. If it was a worth-wile news story, it would have gone "viral" by now.

As it is... it's a real snoozer.

If it were newsworthy it would have cost nothing. The press would have picked it up right away.

See incompetent SCOTUS stamp confirming the Jan 33 (sic), 2015 filing dateUnder birther "logic," that means Fair never filed! FORGERY! FRAUD! Government workers never make mistakes! *Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr. ([hlyellow]Saw in Bar[/hlyellow] and gave to him)I would donate just to hear this story. OK, I's officially confuzzeled now :confuzzled:, for some silly reason, I was assuming that the adequate Tracey was filing a cert for her drivel that she filed at and lost at state supreme Ct, not that she was/could file something totally unrelated and get the SCt to rule on it? Or is she just lying some more?I am not making this up: Fair challenged Obama up to Maryland's court of last resort. She then files her cert. petition with SCOTUS that says, "Surprise! Now I'm challenging Cruz, Rubio and Jindal." This change alone is a basis to deny it -- there's nothing for SCOTUS to "review" because she's presenting this challenge for the very first time.

Tracy's release is a total failure. You can check this by just Googling the 1st line "The last of the legal challenges to the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama" ... MMD is the only source, that's terrible. Times have changed since PR Newswire & BusinessWire were the only games in town, but a lot of these distribution firms were primarily created for search engine optimization (reciprocal links). Google cut that off May 2014 and traffic to those sites is way, way down.

As we all know, the Panda came roaring back to life this week, doling out panda-gifts to some and panda-monium to others. There were some winners and losers in this round, with eBay getting smashed and small business getting a break, but I found a rather surprising hit that no one is talking about. In fact, this came several days after the “official” Panda update, so this might be a bit more like Payday Loans, or a Panda 4.1.

It looks like Press Release agencies took a severe hit.

On May 27th, PRWeb.com lost more than half of their traffic overnight. They dropped out of the first 20 Google results for more than 8000 keywords. According to SEMrush data, these ranking losses have cost prweb.com nearly a half-million daily sessions.

http://www.seerinteractive.com/blog/pre ... -by-panda/

For 1/3 the cost Tracy paid, we place with firms that get it right on Yahoo News, Google news results, etc... Often over 1,000 websites that can be tracked easily. So she wasted money and failed... and I'm not gonna help her with how to fix it :P

ETA: Hadn't heard of MMD so just looked for reviews as anyone who's going to spend $300 should... check these reviews, 0 for 4... very Birther!

4 Reviews of Mass Media Distribution

Jayace ~ December 8th, 2011 at 8:20 am Just used this company and was a total disappointment. Not only was the release poorly done, the release writing seems to be outsourced.

The claim that they will re-write your release, be warned. All they do is to change the headline and description of the press release and keep you on the waiting list.

Wasted my money totally!

Chandrasekhar ~ March 1st, 2012 at 10:54 am I used the services of MMD and I wasted all my money without any advantage that they say in their website. These guys are a big scam. Run away from them.

Steven S. ~ November 1st, 2013 at 2:52 pm AWFUL. They claimed to have sent my release to 13,000 media outlets. Not ONE contacted me.

As a professional publicist, I’ve done similar campaigns on a much smaller level, where only 10 to 20 media outlets have been contacted. And each time I’ve received a response from at least 20% of those individuals.

With the amount of outlets they allegedly “contacted,” even a 0.001% reply rate would have translated to several e-mails in my inbox.

Am I suggesting Mass Media Distribution didn’t actually contact everyone on the list you provided? Not necessarily. But clearly the vast majority of outlets have blocked — or completely distrust — this service.

Worth noting that I used them a few years back and had this exact same scenario happen. At the time I assumed it was a fluke, but clearly I was wrong.

Here’s an excerpt from the rote response they gave when I asked for a refund:

“Getting publicity is not easy. When you are asking for something worth millions of dollars and you expect it for free, it takes some persistence and hard work.We did not offer you any guarantee of any kind. There will be no refund.”

Unbelievable.

Beatriz ~ November 18th, 2013 at 11:17 am This site is AWFUL and is a waste of money. Our company spent about $600 dollars for their services and no one contacted us and we have seen no traffic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS JUST A SCAM!

I am not making this up: Fair challenged Obama up to Maryland's court of last resort. She then files her cert. petition with SCOTUS that says, "Surprise! Now I'm challenging Cruz, Rubio and Jindal." This change alone is a basis to deny it -- there's nothing for SCOTUS to "review" because she's presenting this challenge for the very first time.

Thank you, I didn't think I was losing my mind, at least not any more than I have been at any rate. So unless she lied, always a possibility I know, she is really not filing for cert, she is filing a request for a clarification????, thank you Stern, something I don't really remember the SCt doing when it comes right down to it. So either she has upped the ante on her incompetence, or she is trying for a whole new level of birfer stupid. I now have a whole new appreciation of her level of ignorance and incompetence.

As to the $300 for the press release, we do have to consider the source here, incompetence will out, and if there is any way she could screw it up, I'm sure she will have tried.

Over at http://augustafreepress.com/birther-now ... ndal/Tracy has been slowly revealing that she's living on another planet. She believes that "law of nations' always means Vattel's Law of Nations, that every time Vattel is cited it means the whole book and that law of nations is not international law. She believes that since Obama is a member of the Luo tribe the laws on Indian tribes apply to him. She has no idea what allegiance, jurisdiction, common law, etc. mean. She doesn't know that later cases can overrule earlier cases or that the US Supreme Court trumps state courts.

But my favorite is that she has no idea how indexes work.

When the Congressional Globe for the 28th Congress 2nd Session says "Allegiance, Natural. (See Webster. See Vattel.)", she thinks that means Congress looks to Vattel for the definition of Natural Allegiance. She has no idea that she is supposed to look in the same index for Vattel and Webster to see where in the publication those topics are discussed. Which is on page 100.

I think it is safest and easiest with Tracy to just sum it up as "She doesn't know" and be done with it.

No, no, no. The head has to be removed from the body and they each have to be cremated. Then the ashes have to be scattered into separate bodies of running water. It's the only way to keep it from consolidating again.
