Duffy is Meroni's State Sen if I recall correctly and she's been busy trying to bump his fellow GOP challengers off the ballot as well. So now I see Duffy is a birther too. Wonder IF and how much Roeser donated to his campaign?

Good Luck getting this codified. She might have better luck if she had it assigned to the AG committee.

So to what office or offices does this apply? Also, Provides that the appropriate election authority may allow a member of the public to visually inspect the copy of the birth certificate or other proof of citizenship at the office of the local election authorityIs a candidate for federal office supposed to have a certified (but rendered invalid by redactions) filed in hundreds of local offices?

Meroni forced the BC issue with a McHenry County judicial candidate Sally Wiggins. Meroni apparently harassed Wiggins to the point where she too showed her BC. Wiggins was actually born in McHenry County and as far I know Meroni wasn't. This is idiotic. It'll never pass.
