The complaint points to an unidentified voter receiving a provisional ballot.

The DNC's lawyer Uzoma Nkwonta, from Perkins Coie, is up.

He reiterates a point made earlier by the counties that Trump's co-plaintiffs sued the wrong counties.

They're from Trump-backing Fayette and Lancaster Counties.

They sued seven blue counties, alleging vote denial.

Rudy is trying to answer the judge. Not well. He’s claiming the outcome is draconian because the conduct is egregious — the failure to examine ballots. He says mail-in ballots are inherently suspicious and fraudulent. He says inspecting ballots is fundamental to elections.

Giuliani's line was barely audible in his initial answer.

Eventually, he audibly calls the alleged conduct "egregious."

"We're not asking for the entire vote to be canceled," he says, before seemingly asking yet again for just that.

Giuliani says his clients' counties did nothing wrong.

Another federal judge rejected the notion that the other counties did anything wrong, either.

Giuliani also taking issue with some of the criticism he faced during the hearing, says he feels "aggrieved by them misrepresenting what I said" after they said the ballot observing claims were struck from the complaint (which they were).

Giuliani says he is "aggrieved" by opposing counsel saying the complaint doesn't include allegations about observer access, and repeats language in the complaint referring to it. But he doesn't engage with the fact that they cut the specific counts related to that issue

Giuliani argues that they've preserved the observer issue because the equal protection count (which specifically addresses the notice/cure issue) also has a line that says it incorporates everything else above in the complaint
