Edit: Was: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?
Lawsuit or other other challenge before a stage agency (like in Georgia in 2012). That triggers a response beyond a FOAD.

For your Jimmy vote to count, specify in a comment which Jimmy.

[NEW RULES (a suggestion): This thread will be devoted to birthers birthering. Other threads will discuss the more mainstream birthering, how it impacts the elections, etc. And the inevitable court cases will get their own threads.]

Edit: The "winner" of the poll was ... Last Birther (with no) Standing, Robert Laity, who filed in August 2020.

"All of the above, and more" should be a choice. I voted for Apuzzo, he has a "reputation" to protect.

He still comments at the P&E, but he didn't make my top 8. (It is good to be the pollmaker!)

I agree in principle with bob.
What if they all file on the same day? If we have to record the hour and minute, east coast idgits would get an advantage.

Good question! Time stamps. (This gives a slight edge to the East Coast filers.)

For your consideration: American Thinker: Is Kamala Harris eligible to be Joe Biden's VP?:

I demand that all filings be mailed from the post office in London, England, UK.

She was the logical/obvious choice for some time, but ... Someone tell me who she brings to the table who were not already going to vote for Biden. And why.

Our old friend Stephen Lemons has a hate-on for Harris, which he repeatedly articulated: "She's a cop."

So, for some fair-weather Biden supporters, she's too moderate. And, for others, too progressive (read: too female).

I think Laity should be first by right of being most stupidly and consistently and loudly wrong for so long.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Laity had some issues with deadlines/timing on the original filings.

Yeah, but he was right on top of arresting the scary scary Kenyan Mooslim Commyoonist.

I think he was the first to claim he had actually arrested the President of the United States of America.
