Judge asks why the miscreants can't just plead the Fifth in the civil case. Fuetefas (sp? sorry) is citing all kinds of cases that are scattered to argue against this. Again, Judge doesn't seem persuaded.

He suggests that DJTJ, Ivanka and the Dotard should just be hauled before the Grand Jury where they will testify and get immunity. The Judge seems skeptical.
