I don't get it. How come all the bloggers can log in to Pacer and pull up cases from the docket, and Phil Berg can't? I went to the Pacer site and it seemed like any one with a credit card can sign up. Also, what the **** did he manage to do to his pleading to make so impossible to read in the PDF?...
