That’s the other problem. The statute, if I’m reading it correctly, criminalizes Trump asking for things of value, not Trump offering Ukraine something of value. Schiff (or the guy writing his tweets) isn’t framing it properly. The "thing of value" was the dirt on Biden. The "performance of any off...

The story was that every keyboard had the W removed , as a snub to Bush. Doubts, I haz 'em. Outgoing Big Dog staffers caused around $15k in damages. Including some intentional damages, which included damaging some keyboards. Or so said the official investigation, which shirley cost more than $15k t...

TIA?

He seems to have had them in the past. Maybe this was a worse one? We may never know, so we are left to speculation.
Transient ischemic attack? A very definite possibility, sometimes induced by atrial fibrillation. I speculate that we are likely to know eventually.

I'm looking forward to "Ambassador" Sondland's testimony next week, including the attempted clean up (or attacks -- pick one) by the Republicans. If Sondland has half a brain, or listens to his lawyers, he should invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege and refuse to testify. But politically he may not...

Okay. The only reason I can come up with that President Trump would pardon Stone, if Trump is still in office, is that it would signal to his other loyal scum that he has their backs, and they can lie with complete impunity. Other than that, there is no reason for Trump to pardon Stone. I think we ...
