Ooooh Ooooh, we've come to the fourteenth amendment of the u nited States now huh? Shoot, statists, how long before we can haz this thing called the REAL 13th Amendment which was totally ratified and makes it illegal to be a British Accreditation Registry-type law talkin' folk? Re: Bundy Trials - Oregon
Jeeze, the patriots were exercising their first and second amendment rights. How dare anyone call it an armed takeover! It's a completely different situation. These tyrannical feds and activist judges are always using politically correct language to harm those who truly wish to save the country thro...

Aktually Kate, it's us Fogblowers who have weaponized Alzheimer's and also the trolls who post at her blog. Oh - and all this happened at the same time as somebody on my blog who was claiming unlimited computer skills and money threatened to hack my computer if I didn’t shut up about the Fuddy issue...

:brickwallsmall: :brickwallsmall: :brickwallsmall: :brickwallsmall: But the polls weren't wrong about Trump in the primaries. Trump was leading with a plurality for much of them. The two biggest mistaken assumptions were, IMAO, that the anti-Trump vote would coalesce around a some relatively establi...

Re: Does a promissory note have
I don't know what all you statists are complaining about. I paid Just Some Guy to paint my fence and he readily accepted a few promissory notes from me in return. He can go out, buy himself a nice steak dinner and then put the rest into a Roth IRA.

Re: Donald Trump 2016
I'm beginning to think we need a Poe's Law for the Donald. Something along the lines of "Without telepathy, it is impossible to know whether or not a completely awful statement by Donald Trump that somehow was with the intention of getting Trump elected and that statement somehow makes sense in...

Re: 2016: Polls
See, here's a fundamental difference between Jim Hoft and myself: I am extremely pretty. But there's another difference between me and the dumbest man on the internet: I want to know if the campaign is going badly for my preferred candidate. I also want her to know that, with the greater accuracy a ...

Re: Orly Taitz' OrlyPolls™ -- Unskewed and Unscrewed
Hookay, I've had a few beers and was going to go on a lengthy rant about how terrible an idea Dean Chamber's Unskewed Polls was and yet this glorious dumpster fire of a site actually managed to come up with worse. The idea that with the data of all registered voters from each state in some sort of ma...

Re: Orly Taitz' OrlyPolls™ -- Unskewed and Unscrewed
Wow the LongRoom "methodology" page is just amazing, I actually have no words to describe how bad it is and how utterly devoid of anything resembling an actual methodology it is At least Dean Chambers posited something that if you had maybe a few too many beers it might resemble an argument.

Re: Terry Trussell - Dixie County Common Law Grand Jury Foreman
Ya know, I read Hoyt's whining about this "literal" death sentence for Trussell and the first thing I think of is "you're selling this too hard." Wow prison is rough, who'd'a'thunk'it... but for gosh darn sakes man, you treat it like Trussell has been exiled to Devil's Island. An...

Re: House v. Hankinson (A Trussell Rescue Lawsuit)
Is there anyway someone could donate the dang $46 so the fun will continue on? Asking for a friend, of course. Well, IANALBIAPETPOOTV, but even if the $46 was paid, it wouldn't last much longer after that. Don't worry though. I'm sure that these wonderful patriots will have yet another bright idea ...

Re: Muslim Immigration and the Constitution
Well all I know is that on the far right, they go on and on about "Taqiyya" which they say Muslims can lie in order to promote Jihad. It's one of the reasons how everyone who they hate can be a sekrit Muslim. I'm just saying that Trump's own supporters don't believe that "Are you a Mu...

Re: Terry Trussell - Dixie County Common Law Grand Jury Foreman
Gee, I don't have any friends who have been convicted of simulating a legal process, but if I did and I had evidence that that friend's trial was unfair, I would contact their lawyer and get their advice on whether it was strong enough grounds for an appeal. But then I am a crazy person who believes...

Re: Muslim Immigration and the Constitution
How exactly do you prove that someone is a Muslim? (Or for that matter Christian, Jewish, Atheist, Agnostic, etc.)? What's to stop say an Egyptian Terrorist from claiming that he or she is a Coptic Christian? Trump's more "nuanced" ban on areas with terrorism issues is also problematic. Is...

I do love the fact that they complain that Trussell's jury was "stacked." But no, the People's Grand Jury in Common Law that was "We, the People."

The bulk of this criminal complaint miscellaneous filing is badly photocopied junk they've already tried to magically get Trussell off with. Yes guys, filing De Moreta-Folch's Statewide Common Law Grand Jury crap and a bunch of daffydavits about Trussell's failure to appear will work THIS TIME!
