Indiana ballot challenge (smackdown for Orly)

51.As I see it, an elapsed time estimate hinges on whether the judge first takes up and grants the motion to strike Orly's appearance as a threshold matter. That could take as much as a half hour if she gives Orly a shovel to dig a deeper hole. Then the motion to dismiss need not take much time at a...

Why is it that I suspect that, with this ludicrous ploy, she is setting up a cover story for her inevitable, epic flameout?

It depends. If Orly manages to take control of the hearing, it will go all the day and into the night. If the judge is able to take firm control, one hour. (Tried to do a little research on Judge Reid; didn't find out too much. Can't tell her reputation for controlling her docket and moving cases al...

Just a reminder... there is a hearing coming up Tuesday the 12th that could be a transcript candidate. Dunno... just sayin'. :shark: :mememe: I want to read it - I'll pop in an extra bit besides the monthlies.Looking for someone to match a $25.00 donation to the cause. So do I. The cowardice of the CA bar disciplinary system is puzzling. Here is what Ohio did with a similar paper-terrorism lawyer, albeit on a much smaller scale than Taitz: [/break1]sconet.state.oh.us/rod/docs/pdf/0/2003/2003-ohio-4756.pdf]http://www.sconet.state.oh.us/rod/docs/ ... o-4756.pdf.

In Orly's delusional fever swamp of a mind, who does she imagine will go to AZ and start arresting people? Does she think Judge Reid will send out Indiana state troopers?

-xx I'm sure Ms. Forney is quaking in her boots. Does anyone have a link to the letter to Judge Reid? I don't believe for one second that Asst. AG Forney admitted that the Indiana court has jurisdiction to subpoena an AZ resident.

A non-lawyer question. Well, questions regarding Tuesday in Indiana. If I recall correctly, not one of the named plaintiffs filed anything, only Orly did. Is that correct? If that is the case, when Orly gets handed her hat ( \ :D / ), what happens to the others, if they show up? That is, Orly in esse...

I am proud of the Fogbowzers who didn't waste their vote on this lunatic. I'm assuming that's pretty much all of you out in CA. Taitz is the biggest attention whore I've ever come across, and if she did get the #2 slot, there would be reinforcement of that pathology like nobody's business. As entert...

Will any FB denizen be posting updates on the evening of June 5? I plan to watch MSNBC for coverage of the recall of Walker in Wisconsin, but news from the west coast is much later, of course. Still, I expect primary results to come in very early.

I think she's probably (conveniently) forgotten that she told the Commission she was appearing before them as a witness. Must be hard to keep all her asinine lawsuits and frivolous pleadings straight in her "mind", the poor thing.

Don't need probable cause for a subpoena. Probable cause has to be shown to a judge before he or she will issue a search warrant.

It doesn't matter whether the subpoenas are signed by God Himself or stamped in triplicate or quadruplicate. The Indiana Court does not have jurisdiction to command out-of-state witnesses to appear before it via its subpoena power. I have to admit, I can't wait to see what happens June 12 and I'd be...
