Re: Finicum Lawsuit

Hey guys, I was just trying to find some good in Philpot. Even the dumbest poots should figure out that the case was not good if no other lawyers would take it. The current "legal team" of Philpot and Koerber may have told the Finicum clan that they are the only lawyers who have any possibility of w...

Re: Finicum Lawsuit

I suggest the widow and her enablers want to keep the "case" alive to keep the grift going, and hoping that someone will offer a minimal settlement, so they can crow about winning. Philpot represents them from some sense of duty to the family but undoubtedly has told them that they have virtually ni...

There is a considerable difference between buying something as a collector's or curiosity item and paying it is worth, and being sold something as an "investment" based on fantasy for utterly ridiculous prices, which is what the dina1/Zim dealers are doing Places that sell “collector“ items also da...

Re: Arrest of CO Pretend Judge Bruce Doucette + Pretend Grand Jury LARPers Stephen Nalty, Steven Byfield, et al.

When the NESARA News site reported his last arrest, it did not reveal his name, probably so readers would not find the real story and see how stupid he had been.

The American Militia Freedom Forces are perpetually on a Top Secret Mission, so they could not redeploy fast enough to defend their Supreme Leader.

Sue's trial did not go at all well to put it mildly, fool for a client well and all that. She went down on some fairly serious local charges, I think, and it doesn't sound like they're done with her yet. Here is her story. It is hand written. We learn from this that Canadian courts are corrupt to t...

Youse guys will be rounded up when THEY arrest the Clinton's, the Obama's, Soros etc.

Those arrests have been reported as imminent or happening for the last few years, so you won't have to pack for a while.

Does "door" imply a deliberate act?
In my non-lawyer opinion, if you could prove it was deliberate, that would be assault. If it was an "accident" then the person opening the door would still be civilly liable. I also cycle, but much less than before.

Rudy isn't the victim.

Re: Karen McDougal and Summer Zervos v. Trump

Trump’s attorneys have said that his remarks were “non-defamatory opinions” and that a private citizen can’t sue a sitting president in a state court. Is there any truth to that? Nope. Remember Paula Jones v. William Jefferson Clinton? Was that state or federal? I am far away. I looked it up, the c...
