It may be they have it all, his shows, postings to social media, etc, or at least most. That does not, however, negate his legal obligation to preserve it.

I believe it would take Democrat voters all pulling a straight Democrat ticket lever to oust Hogan. He’s popular on both sides of the aisle for a reason.

My problem isn't with Judge Ellis' style per se. Attorneys do grow accustomed to judges who like to wisecrack and be difficult. The problem is that jurors are not at all accustomed to such things, and they tend to take their cues from the judge.
