Re: Larry Klayman

:snippity: It's been on the books since 1997, near as I can tell. In 2013, it was modified slightly to include penalties for habitual offenders (and to combine the definitions of public officer and public employee). But the meat of it has been there for a while. Yeah I didn't take the time to resea...

Re: ~~»» HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOGBOW! (we're 10 yrs old) ««~~

It's really been ten years? Wow. Politjab was only about 1-1/2 years old when the Fogbow spun off from it. Didn't Justin or Brian continue run it for a while after Foggy started the Fogbow? Obviously it didn't last. I guess the Birther movement wasn't over in 2010 after all? ;)

Re: Larry Klayman

There's a reason why GIL has failed to do anything with his citizen's grand jury Klayman's citizens grand jury indited Obama in Florida. Then a citizens court, again in Florida, "convicted" and "sentenced" Obama. Klayman then did Fuck All with his Very Serious Looking pieces of paper -- for the rea...

Well I guess Burisma isn't the October surprise. Looks like war with Iran might be in play. :(

RBG should have retired under President Obama. I knew this would come back to haunt us. May she RIP.

Looks like Susan Collins is a goner. Lindsay Graham may be in trouble too. I don't trust the vote count in SC though. The Repubes will pull something out of their asses on that one.

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit? [SPOILER: Laity!]

It appears the Harris Birther movement is headed towards being an epic failure. That's as it should be. The articles like the one Eastman wrote for Newsweek have been thoroughly discredited. Trump won't touch it again. It's down to the nutburgers like the regulars at the P&E.

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit? [SPOILER: Laity!]

I was undecided between Robert Laity and Jimmy down the hall. I picked Jimmy in the end. I thought someone unknown would sneak in like we saw in 2016 with Ted Cruz. Laity has the (dis)honor of having had the last active Birther lawsuit from 2016 and the first of 2020. He is a true believer willing t...

Re: Laity v. Harris (D.D.C.)

I would add a choice to the poll "dismissed due to lack of ripeness". Harris isn't Vice President yet so Laity cannot claim she is usurping the office. Of course there are multiple issues with Laity's petition that could warrant a dismissal including the fact he is wrong on about everything.

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?

IIRC, qui tam cases are supposed to be filed under seal. I'm expecting he will fail on that part. Yes, that is because the filer is supposed to hold some private information not publicly available on the person usurping the office or defrauding the government. Berg used this to advantage when he fi...

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?

I can't recall exactly when, but Gallups on Freedom Friday "interviewed" Zullo as the "expert" on natural-born citizenship, and they both believed two citizen parents were required. You might be correct but it was never a feature of Zullo and Gallups nonsense. I know Orly never adopted the theory n...

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?

From the sketchy information Laity has posted I do not think it is a given the district court will allow this :shit: to be docketed. It seems to be a qui tam action wrapped in sov cit common law nut joberry.

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?

I believe that Zullo said on Gallups show that the two citizen parent theory of NBC was wrong and I don't recall Gallups disagreeing. I suppose not that it is convenient Gallups has changed his mind.

Re: Trump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers’

A Trumper on Facebook claimed five people have come out to dispute the Atlantic article. Does anyone know who these people are? How would they know what Trump did or did not say if they were not with him every minute? One is Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She lied for him every day on the job. Fox News is ...

Re: Who will file the first Harris birther lawsuit?

Isn't the definition of madness doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result? Laity looks like the second coming of Don Quixote every time he tries lawyering. Randy Disher at the P&E reminded Laity of that saying, which is often falsely attributed to Albert Einstein. :-
