Trump - BANED from Twitter! Oh noes!

74 million votes. I've said it before - many will vote for a bale of hay if it has an (R) after it. This doesn't mean those 74 million are rabid supporters. I never hear anyone mentioning the 81 million who voted against him. Replace "bale of hay" with "dog turd" and we agree.

Likewise Judge Lamberth denied Orly's quo warranto action on standing but that doesn't mean there aren't about 45 other reasons quo warranto cannot be used against a sitting president. Of course the electoral vote has been certified, Joe Biden will be inaugurated next week, and the Trump campaign ju...

Commission to Declare President Incapacitated Re 25th Amendment

John Bolton (I know  ) was on CNN last night. He said invoking the 25th Amendment could lead to a situation where we had two competing presidents. He was talking about the operation of Section 4, which is the one that would be used to declare the president unable to discharge the duties of the...

Correct, in Georgia only military and overseas ballots are counted if received after election day. The cutoff on that is today. I read somewhere that those are expected to be 14,000 max.

I don't have any clue who "Arthur Treacher" was. I only remember the name from way back being a kid. We do have one local AT restaurant that is co-branded with a Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs -- which seems all so strange like those Taco Bell and Long John Silvers co-branded stores these days....

Clearly, the correct answer is to pretend there were no protestations during the counts for 2000, 2004, and 2016 elections. In 2000 it was almost certain Gore would have won Florida if the recount mandated by the Florida Supreme Court had been completed and not been halted by the US Supreme Court. ...

To be fair, FDR actually sorta did make himself president for life. Also to be fair, Democratic representatives did object during the counting of the 2000, 2004, and 2016 electoral votes. And one senator during 2004. That's not quite correct. An objection has to be signed off by at least one member...
