I was on a ship out in the Atlantic when this also happened about five years ago. I think it was a teenager who had to be airlifted to Norfolk. The rescue was visible on the ship's camera. We had our granddaughter with us, so we didn't watch, but from what we heard, it was fascinating to watch.

Heading out of the country in two weeks, so got the vaccine that was recommended a few months ago. Moderna again. So far, my arm isn't even sore, so I have to keep reminding myself that I got it. I hope it stays that way.

This isn't exactly food, but it's not recipes. I am thinking about changing my gas cooktop to an induction cooktop. My main concern is that I like being able to cook when there is an electrical outage, but that's not a real frequent problem. Some of my pots and pans are induction safe; most are not....
