It's Jez

Would your office be in downtown Minneapolis or in one of the suburbs? It's downtown near the Commons. I'll be heading that direction this summer to go stay in the will visit my dad, so will take a day or two to look at a few apartments nearby. I know it's a bit pricey, but no worse then Dallas.

Been awhile since I said anything in this thread. So, y'all are about to get a *cue trumpets* LIFE UPDATE! :faint: :cantlook:  Anyway, onto the boring stuff. The lovely company that I work for, decided late last year that they need to use all that real estate they have and make people come back...

By the by... Been driving the Subaru Impreza for 2 months now. Have a whopping 200 miles on it. I am LOVING this vehicle. Drive is smooth. Everything is quiet. Good radio. Works with my phone. Was able to get the garage door tuned to the button the on rearview mirror, so I now have a garage door ope...

I had a toll tag when I lived in Dallas. Hated the thing. They would always glitch out my autopay information (I would have it put $X on it ever month, or if I hit 0, it would pull that amount), which lead to me owing money. Rarely got notified I owed money until it was way overdue and they started ...

exFLOTUS (Melania)

Saw an article about Melanie‘s necklace. A lot of people compare it to a dog tag you get out of a machine at Petco. That works for me. It does! I got one of those. It's fun putting it in the engraving machine and watching it engrave stuff on your doggie's tag! I got a little "dogbone" sha...

Bragg Manhattan DA charges tfg? Hush money. tfg “INDICATED!”

I wonder which Holiday it is? World Table Tennis Day? National Cherry Cheesecake Day? Passover. Starts on Monday at sundown. And the judge is correct: it isn't a recognized court holiday . Ah, ok. Thank you. I should have checked for holidays that start the prior day. I appreciate the correction.

Bragg Manhattan DA charges tfg? Hush money. tfg “INDICATED!”

:snippity: Trump attorney Todd Blanche said Monday is fine to break at lunch but asked that they do not sit on Tuesday because it's a holiday the entire day for one attorney on the team. "I can appreciate it's a holiday, the entire day for him. It's not a court holiday," Merchan says. I w...

I remember taking the ASVAB in high school. I think it was my Junior year, so 1986/87 or somewhere thereabouts. I got a 97. The recruiters sent a lot of letters, until my dad called them. I think he called the USAF recruiter, introduced himself as SMSgt and that was about where it ended. The recruit...

Vertigo is a royal pain in the ass, I fell to the floor yesterday and today my head is still swishing. Watched the eclipse from the backyard with the roommate. We had the fancy glasses which were fabulous. Sadly, I wasn't able to take any pictures, but still it was cool. My nerdy little heart is happy. :lovestruck:

https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/ This is a fun map to see once in a while. Makes you realize how active our world really is. There have been 36 earthquakes in the past day ranging from 2.5 (69 km SE of Akhiok, Alaska) up to a 6.5 (Maug Islands region, Northern Mariana Islands). We live o...

Picked up the new car on March 8. Driven it an amazing 70 miles so far. :D But I'm very much liking it. I believe the car has named itself Imogene. That is the name that pops in my head when I'm driving. So, on to Imogene. For those that don't remember, I turned in my 16-1/2 year old Chevy...

It has happened. The place I work for is going to start enforcing/forcing people to go into office at least 3 days a week. Apparently we had two tornado warnings about 430 am this morning. I don't know. I slept through the sirens and the notification on my phone and my roommates phone. I took a nap after work. Went to bed a bit after 5. A few flurries were floating around. Woke up about 7ish (yes, I was really tired, woke up at 430 am this morning). Look outside and there is 2-3 inches on top of the garbage and recycle bins I didn't bring in earlier. I'm thinking they can stay out...

I'm not sure. Comma placement is important and there was no hint as to where to put the comma.

Today has been a fun day. I messed up my knee (was just being my usual graceful self) so going up and down the stairs to the laundry room is pretty much a non-started for now.
