Re: Hijack this thread

So, I just got an update on my suspension: I reported myself! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: ‘Thank you for your report. We’ve reviewed the tweet and it violates our policy on hateful conduct.’ What kind of crazy algorithm is that? No, I did not report this tweet. I reported one last week by some...

Re: Kavanaugh hearings: Avenatti casually tossing bombs

I get that -- and I probably don't notice the "yeah, that's" nearly as much. Mebbe the snideness isn't as obvious to everyone, either? It's that the avenatti topics really have turned into something unpleasant and personal, for the most part. I've considered posting news in them, but new news seems ...

Re: Kavanaugh hearings: Avenatti casually tossing bombs

Wasn't it like one poster once who said there was envy involved?

What do we need to do to make this stop being so painful? Could I start an open letter, and those of us who decry the "envy" remark could be signatories? Would that help?

Gosh.

Re: Who's going to be the NEXT one under the bus?

Sow this post on Facebook. Is this correct? Seeing in in one place is ominous. There is currently no Secretary of Homeland Security, no Secretary of Defense, no Secretary of the Air Force, no U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, no Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director, no Federal Em...

Re: Intelligence/Judiciary Committees: Li "Cindy" Yang, Trump Properties, Foreign Access to President

My first thought on seeing the story was the Sandra Bullock movie The Net . After a convoluted plot, her character goes to a convention at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and uploads a disc with a virus on it to the Evil Corporation’s mainframe. Hmmm... that also happened in Independence Day . ...

What kind of bone?
Some kind of beef. I don't really know the cut of meat because I don't eat beef, so I don't pay attention to what my husband eats.
The pack here expresses their jealousy and hopes that he has no further ill effects and that it's small enough to, um, you know. Go through.

Re: Horses! and other beloved 'farm' animals

Congratulations, that was a good run. I don't remember that twins in lambs is all that common or that the survival rate is all that high. Depends. My spouse tells me that certain bloodlines, especially the BYU bloodlines, were specifically bred to produce twins (meat breeds, such as the Suffolks). ...

Cute. But you said there were bunnies at the FEMA camp you're visiting. So how about some bunny spam? I have it on good authority that at least one Fogbowzer really, really loves bunnies. :-D

I keep sayin' a Denny's with alcohol is much better location for an intergalactic court than a mere Bun-Dogs. But what do I know? I've never been indited (yet). Of which you are aware. :- And then you don't need to worry about this urban dictionary definition of bun-dog: https://www.urbandictionary...

I hate to disappoint y'all, but it looks like the final winners are Alice and Asta.

Why yes, Asta is a dog's name. A very famous and clever dog from detective fiction.

That's why I like it. Where ol' Wifehorn got Alice I have no clue.
Love.

OK, next question: In my limited experience, ducks can fly. What keeps them from leaving the farm? Especially with two farms right across the river from each other. If'n I was a boy duck, I'd definitely be over there checking out the chicks girly ducks on the other side of the river. Duck farmers c...

Re: Hijack this thread

Ducks are jerks. They do what they want. I have chased my sister's ducks home MANY TIMES. They laugh and then go back to the swamp or whatever. (Unlike chickens, they also don't put themselves to bed at night AND they don't necessarily stay put, and think foxes are a myth. Also they are gross. Also ...
