I think Dave at Sea is not in the US. NSW means New South Wales, right? The rules there may be different. Hm. That seems strange then because how can anyone make a call just on visual presentment of jurists? Seems like it just offers the injection of biases based on issues of age, race, gender, dre...

I realize that the horse is out of the barn, but I do question whether it's a good idea to provide so much crowd-sourced copyediting for the Georgia complaint. It's not filed yet, and a certain amount of the nonsense could be cleaned up. Understood. But in this case, I think cleaning up the copy wo...

Can El Paso get their legal fees back? It's unlikely they'll even get the debt repaid. The contract was with the campaign (a corporation) and I doubt Trump signed any personal guarantee. There will be no assets to attach. So El Paso, like numerous other cities that got screwed by the Trump train, w...

Footnotes can be useful to include information that might give the reader a more fulsome understanding of the material, bu...

So. My guess is this. December 20, 2020, Trump goes down to Mar-A-Grifto for the holidays and stays there. Melania and Barron move in with Melania's parents in Maryland. And stays there. Mike Pence hangs around the White House, and when no one is looking, sits in the "resolute" chair. Ste...

It is going to be difficult (impossible?) to keep Trump from getting nominated in 2024. I doubt that Trump will be healthy enough in 2024 to run. I predict that his health will nose dive after he's out. I agree. The true believers will still want to nominate him, though. They will have to be given ...

I’m curious if that logo is okay since it has an obvious element of Apple’s. Authorized dealers and repair shops are allowed to use the Apple logo, subject to very strict guidelines. This particular logo does incorporate an element of Apple’s but I’d guess it’s enough removed to (maybe grudgingly) ...

What a mess. Kyle Rittenhouse is 17. He's being used as a prop for every agenda across the spectrum. I don't like it. He may be a homicidal gun-toting nutcase, or he may be an average 17yo confused adolescent that suffered bullying issues. It's tragic. The kid has become a piñata. What I think: if ...
