Re: Hunter Biden - But His Emails! Hacking, Election Interference, Russian Ops

Yeah, but who's being investigated, Hunter Biden or Bobulinski? Whichever it is, you can trust that whatever Trump says and what is actually happening will be two different things. It sort of reminds me of those people who seem to claim a large amount of knowledge of what is really happenin...

Re: Laity: Last Birther (with no) Standing [was 2016 N.Y. challenges]

Laity graced RC's place with his presence and responded to many of our comments telling us how we were wrong. For me (wow, he actually finally responded to anything), he responded to my comment that he did not cite any US Code or court case that gave the court the authority to do what he is asking f...

Re: Horrible Things Horrible Trump Supporters Do

Driving back from the store today, I ended up behind a redneck in a pickup with several offensive trump stickers but the one that offended me the most was a large graphic of a big-foot style PU running over protesters with signs. The caption read "All Lives Splatter, we don't care about your feelin...

Re: CHRISTOPHER BRUCE: The Mighty Spork

Failure to respond is proof of their conspiracy theory. The gov or pope are either part of the conspiracy or are being threatened by the conspiracy. Silence is proof that Sporky and Anna are on to something and their adversary is hiding something. Responding would also be a sign. Delusion is flexible.

There is a attorney discipline case pending in the DC circuit appeals court. It was filed in August and Klayman has filed 2 letters, a response, and 2 supplements. Don't have time to pull them now.

Re: What's Your Voting Plan? VBM, Early Voting, Election Day, Or Have You Voted?

I dropped off my ballot today. The dropbox was in the same room where they are doing early voting. Sort of felt like I was cutting in a well self-distanced line but that was the instructions I was given since I did not need to be in the voting line.

Re: Laity v. Harris (D.D.C.)

I enjoy the irony that the folks screaming about no foreign influence are basing their premise on a law passed by a foreign country. Apparently, the UK is now able to dictate our citizenship laws and how we define NBC. I don't think Laity quite understands how courts work. Since he told Ole Mr. Colf...

Joe Biden reportedly stubbed his toe on an end table the evening last. The Post & Email sent an inquiry to the Biden Campaign regarding his condition and it's potential to be a risk for him serving in an elected office. We also asked if his use of inappropriate language at the time of the injury cre...

A long suspension followed by a fitness requirement would seriously slow Klayman down. His pro se cases are usually not press release worthy and there are probably some limits on who he can talk into letting him ghostwrite (though, he will stop the constant request for hearings and jury trials). Ermey's Gunnery Sergeant Heartman was also far more charming and lovable than Sporky. He was also a great teacher of insults.

I wouldn't doubt that the Spork is also the type to talk to others by trying to stand over them and be right in their face.

Silly DOJ folks who still think that cases require actual evidence of wrongdoing and not just the say-so of stable genius-1. Barr is getting a little sloppy. He could have found ways to keep the investigators in place and quiet for a few weeks more but I willing to let Barr fail on this one.
