Re: Kostuch v. The World

Sort of convenient that SCOTUS had a recentper curium opinion the magistrate could cite in the footnote to explain all judges are part of The World. I agree the plaintiff likely has mental issues. I read similar ones from time to time. Often times, they file many, many different cases instead of jus...

Re: "Q" #QAnon "The Storm” "Any Day Now" 8Chan - Conspiracy Theories For Dummies

Reminds me a little of some research that Microsoft did a few years ago regarding Nigerian scam email solicitations. One of the questions they attempted to answer was why were the solicitations so over the top crazy and obvious scams to most people? They concluded that the scammers hoped to elimina...

Re: AFFIRMED!! TRUSSELL v STATE OF FLORIDA - APPEAL

Is there a federal crime equivalent to the one for which Trussel was convicted? If Larry were to mention his playtime grand jury in filings, would that be enough to put him inside? Trussell was a believer and Larry is a grifter. He will only go so far so to avoid triggering a consequence, IMO. Gran...

Moo made an hour long video from Salem on Santilli's YT channel. I didn't watch it so do not know if it features her elk.
I had elk medallions at a restaurant in Canada. Surprisingly tasty. I don't know if was Mo's elk, though.
If tasty, probably not.

That was the whole reason they did the miniseries! These kids. Kyle, just watch the movie All That Jazz if you want to focus on Bob. Gwen Verdon was awesome as a performer and as a person and it was terrific to give her deserved credit as one of the best women in show business. And Michelle William...

I read this three times and every time I read "juvenile cow". I was wondering WTF until the fourth time I saw it said crow.

I might be a little tired.

Re: What are you watching on TV these days?

At the National Review, Kyle Smith was having a poutrage that Fosse/Verdon included Gwen Verdon and was not just about Fosse. He whined that Verdon was some second-rate hoofer and did not deserve to be part of the story. He blamed feminism and the metoo movement for taken attention away from the whi...

Re: Judge Anna Von Strudel de la PopTart (von Reitz)

In the same paragraph, von Strudel refers to the "law of kinds" – that is a Biblical doctrine (like begets like) which I think has been used to justify racism in the past, and is usually part of arguments against evolution by "God sez…" creationists.. I don't think it exists in any other context. P...

Re: Threats from militia provoke shutdown at Oregon capitol

Ah the hypocrisy of the RWNJ. When a Republican governor sends the State Police and Texas Rangers (or a US Congressmen threatens to send US Marshals) to round up fleeing Democratic legislators, it is just political business, but if a Democratic Governor does the same, it's treason.

My question is - will Barr accept trump's loss? Since he's the guy who runs law enforcement, if he refuses to physically force trump out of the WH, then who? Who does the Secret Service ultimately answer to, POTUS or AG? As in, if the AG were to request SS escort trump out, can trump order them to ...
