Curious if either defendant will remove to federal court.
Not removable. The defendants have been sued in their home venue, so cannot remove based on diversity. 28 U.S.C. 1441(b)(2).

There's something I've seen before: Technically Loomer is suing pro se, with Klayman "of counsel" (and PHV application "pending," natch.) It'll be interesting how this issue plays out. What is "of counsel?" I remember long ago seeing the term on an attorney's letterhead and wondering what it meant....

So...any warrants for the island property would come from this court? Presumably, but not necessarily. I think it would have to. But a prosecutor for the SDNY US Attorney's Office would put together the warrant application and have the VI US Attorney's Office present it to the local federal judge.
