Re: Dinar Valuation and Global Currency Reset Scam Thread

To put it in real simple terms, the oil would only count if you could get it all out of the ground at one time. The problem then is that if you tried to sell it, it would tank, pun intended, the world oil markets destroying the value. As in too much of a good thing. Real life example, oil productio...

Re: Advice requested on brief language -- IAALs and IANALs welcome

Although primarily a corporate wienie, I have drafted, and ghost drafted, a few appellate briefs. When I did so I asked my litigator colleagues the same questions you are asking and they all, without exception (see what I did there), said it keep it simple and straightforward. As they described it, ...

Re: Dinar Valuation and Global Currency Reset Scam Thread

I followed the Dinar saga for a while and Sterling was very very big in it. They were paying gurus to tout the Dinar RV with daily updates about how the RV was just around the corner, always waiting for the one magical thing that needed to happen (which at various times included Iraq enacting laws a...

I don't disagree, the IRS is stripped and its going to stay that way because at the moment, boosting the number of IRS agents in charge of catching tax cheats isn't real popular and isn't anyone's priority. That means ''Free Day'' for people who cheat on their taxes in meaningful ways. Poots and ta...

Re: Judge Anna Von Strudel de la PopTart (von Reitz)

If there IRA were targeting Anna, I think they would need to seriously reconsider the quality of their targets. There is no value added in their fight for Northern Ireland. They are both against the queen, though since they are Catholic, the differ on the the Queen's boy toy, the Pope. I am also di...

MikeD: I have to disagree with you. I don't know whether the story is true or not, but I do know that over the last several years, stories which we were absolutely positively certain were wrong have turned out to be true. I am not quite ready to stick a dagger in it yet. Also, IIRC you opined that t...

Once again we all fail to appreciate the brilliance of Trump. Tomorrow, in his national security border speech, he is going to announce that as the North Koreans are so good at border security Trump is going to outsource border control to them, saving money -- and he is also going to get Kim Jong Un...

We all should also consider that the draft "plea" and the other associated crap all came from Corsi and GIL. IIRC there has never been any confirmation by Bobby three sticks, his team or anyone independent of Corsi/GIL.

Question for the litigators: If the plaintiff shows up without counsel, is the judge likely to ask who drafted all the crap that was just filed, if so, and the plaintiff answers GIL, is the judge likely to issue an OSC demanding his ass get into court so he can explain this, esp. as he was denied PH...

Someone on Twitter complaining about Commissar Pelosi's cancellation of the State of the Union Speech --"no Speaker since 1790 has refused to allow POTUS to address joint session for State of the Union Speech." I pointed out that POTUS/s gave written reports up to early 1900/s. Haven't got a respons...

He probably figured he would be called as a witless so he had a draft ready to go. Knowing you are guilty has it's advantages. Or he could be writing different types of books all the time and just altered an existing manuscript to this one. IMHO, Corsi has one script and he just changes the names, ...

Re: Mueller's investigation

I think the more likely down the road outcome is the Concord principals are going to cite to something which was supposed to be firewalled from them, and then the SC can do the same "while where else could it have come from" argument that Reed Smith is now making, with probably more justification.
