INDICATED #4 - Quadfecta! Perfecta? Georgia v. Donald Trump ET AL - "Find Me 11,780 Votes" - Fani Willis
Happy Quadfecta Indictment Day, fellow Fogbowers! I am just piling on to share my schadenfreude. Grinning from ear to ear this morning. I am particularly happy to see Rudy indicted (indicated I mean) as I am a former New Yorker. Also, too, I am especially pleased that Squidney and that smug little p...

US v. Trump - Espionage Act - (9:23-cr-80101) District Court, S.D. Florida
To me, another reason his lawyer is asking for cameras in the courtroom is so when it is denied he can claim to his idiot followers "they don't want you to see!"

There was no "crack" that he slipped through. The door was wide open. Did he mask his personality at work in a way that did not suggest his online behavior? Maybe, but I suspect it is sadly normal for young men in military posts to be tolerant of racist views, an obsession with guns and ev...

Bundy Clan 411
Just piling on to say that I, too, also, joined Fogbow during the Malheur mess via the O-Live comment section. Forever grateful. I sorely wish the Bundy clan would disappear, but the obsessive need for attention will keep Amonnia "fighting", leaving a trail of used, damaged idiot followers...

Dominion v Fox - Dominion Voting Sues Fox News for $1.6B over 2020 Election Claims in Delaware
Well I feel much less gutted today. ;) It was my own unrealistic expectations that did me in. Hooray for Dominion for pressing it's case and getting so much damaging info on the lying liars that is now on the record. I hope their lawyers' work will help with other cases, and I hope their success con...

Dominion v Fox - Dominion Voting Sues Fox News for $1.6B over 2020 Election Claims in Delaware
Well, I'm gutted. I let myself believe Dominion would include insisting on an on-air apology. I thought Dominion would only settle for the 1.6 billion PLUS an on-air apology. I clearly thought wrong. Fox will just play this off and go back to business as usual. Their idiot customers will never be th...

Thanks for this. I don't know what upsets me more, that our own military can be so lax at monitoring the young recruits with such enormous access, or how so many young men were aware of a crime happening and felt no compunction to do anything about it. And then there's the "casual racism"....

Bragg Manhattan DA charges tfg? Hush money. tfg “INDICATED!”
I noticed that "no-one held the door for him" moment, too. Made me chuckle.
I hope this is not the last time we see him entering a court to be arraigned.
Yay, NY!
Come on Fani and Jack.

Off topic - sorry. I have been trying to find a thread on Fogbow about the Georgia DA's election investigation, for which Rudy and Lindsay were just issued subpoenas. I must be looking in the wrong place. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

Re: January 6 Commission
Merry Christmas, Fogbowers! I have a question about something mentioned in the Politico article. I did not read what TFG said regarding his "willingness/eagerness" to "waive atty/client privilege if Kerik testifies for the Committee in public". Like so much of his attention-seeki...

FWIW, I could only stomach a bit of the coverage of the defendant on the stand. I know he's been coached; I know he is lying; I know he should be held 100% accountable for his actions. But I am very worried about the overall effect of him on the stand. It's that baby face of his and his obvious imma...

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, previous owner of a Smith & Wesson M&P15
Hello all (except Anders) I am very confused about the Judge yelling at the prosecutor. Can anyone shed light on that? Was the prosecutor out of line? When I first read about this I thought the berating occurred during a sidebar but it seems to have happened in open court. Did it? If so, isn't that ...

Re: 2021 Olympics - Japan. Or maybe not.
Hello all, (new Olympic topic) Can anyone tell me why I keep hearing horns tooting during the swim events? They are very frequent, do not seem to be connected to "last lap" kind of signals. Who is tooting so much and why? I asked google and found a reddit thread on the topic but the commen...

Hello Fogbowers,
I am a long-time lurker (since Y'allQueda at Malheur), posting for the first time.
Thanks especially for all the excellent dissection of the 60 plus election lawsuits. I learned a lot! Also, too, love the word-play.
That's all.
Carry on.
