Re: Online Restaurant Food Delivery - DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Direct Order - How Much Do You Tip?

i don't know anyone who wears a wristwatch I do. (wear one, that is. I also know other people who do.) I know tons of people who wear watches. Including young people. Maybe life is just different where you and I live. (Speaking of which, I see Jackson is flooding like crazy. You good?) Yeah, the ho...

Re: Online Restaurant Food Delivery - DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Direct Order - How Much Do You Tip?

Like malls. There's a kiosk in my local mall where I get my batteries changed in wristwatches, but I never bought a watch there. I was in there a few weeks ago and the mall is dead. I couldn't believe how few people were there. i don't know anyone who wears a wristwatch I do. (wear one, that is. I ...

Re: Online Restaurant Food Delivery - DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Direct Order - How Much Do You Tip?

My argument for people who claim self check out is costing jobs has been that any loss of cashiers is more than made up for by the droves of employees pushing the huge blue racks around the Kroger filling on-line orders. They even took away the coffee seating from the old men to have enough room to ...

I would NOT consider Barry McCaffrey part of the "right" and I posted this because it's this kind of stuff that will be flooding the airwaves.

If you have to rely on a paragraph of explanations, that's a problem.

I'm asking for advice. I am not a seamstress. I can sew on a button. I have hemmed up skirts and slacks. I enjoy counted cross stitch and Hardanger work. But that's about it. That said, I am incredibly frustrated by the depth of the front pockets of my jeans. I can tell which of my jeans are newer ...

I presume it is sealed because it identifies at least one juror by name. (Just because the foreperson voluntarily identified herself does not relieve the litigants of their duty to honor juror privacy.) The next tweet. Re: USA v Roger J. Stone, Jr., USDC-DC, Obstruction, False Statements, Witness Tampering

Juror misconduct is a structural error; evidence of the defendant's guilt isn't a factor. I’m not sure that’s true. Admittedly it’s been a while since I researched this, but I thought there was a test that asked first whether the juror was dishonest in voir dire (if not, stop), and if so whether th...

I would think that if one were really good at pie crust, biscuits would come along as well. Anecdotally, I do not find that to be true. Running the roll call in my head of people I know who make fabulous biscuits and the ones who make fabulous pie crusts, there is a single overlap of the two lists,...

I don't see what her revealing that she was the foreperson has to do with anything. Yeah, unless she lied when answering questions or something her political views shouldn't have anything to do with it. She was accepted as a juror by both sides so I don't see how they can go back and say she was a ...
