Looks like Georgia schools are planning to be closed come October.
Hell, by the end of August.
Nope, they'll let it fester and spread for a month before they realize they can't threaten the virus, can't ignore the virus, can't spin the virus, and can't stop the spread of the virus.

I'm worried about the long term effects of this on the mental health of our doctors and nurses. I don't expect the US to recover from this outbreak before end of next year, based on the you.are.not.my.boss mentality. I predict by beginning of next year one will see a spike in doctors and nurses ret...

What is it with these religious zealots? Do they actually believe that they are immune from this virus? They must be handing out Darwin Awards like candy in Alabama. Isn't the absolutely most amazing thing that they refuse to even consider is that doG sent the virus as a test for the human race and...

The Wall of Moms will soon be backed up by the Dads With Leafblowers. They will use the leaf blowers to blow away the teargas. I like your thinking, but I'm sure you know that the pictures would end up on RWNJ sites labeled "Protesting thugs now have rocket launchers." I'll bet they appear o...

I'm getting an uneasy feeling about this. Sounds like a perfect excuse to bring the paramilitary thug force to Florida. I wish we had an executive branch of the federal government that didn't inspire so many questions about their motivation. And their uncanny ability to enlist others to join in cor...

So they moved the convention to Jacksonville for naught. They have to do the same thing NC Gov Cooper said -- scale down attendance. Only cost their donors $38 million for NC, another $38 million to cancel FL because the pub governor thinks they can just ignore the virus and it will go away s...

Watch them have to cancel a week before the convention because of conditions on the ground.

And they'll only be able to blame pubs.

madeline lane-mckinley @la_louve_rouge_ · 6h Betsy DeVos says that "only" 0.02% of children will probably die as a result of schools re-opening. That's 14,740 children. That's about 40 times the number of school shooting victims from the last 10 years. I can't locate where DeVos ever said that. May...

A quick trip to the local stop-n-rob this morning and my day is off to a terrible start. No less than 6 big signs "Customers must wear masks" between the door and the cashier and I was the only one in there with a mask. I asked the cashier and she said there was nothing they could do about it becau...
