This district wasn't on my radar before today, but it sure is now. It's yet another House seat the Dems have an excellent shot of picking up. The incumbent is Republican Rodney Davis. The Democrat trying to defeat him is Betsy Londrigan . She lost to Davis in 2018 by less than a percentage point. :...
