Re: COMPLAINT: The phone spammers just hang up on me. Am I on a list?
I used to do the same thing with IRS scammers. One guy said I would be arrested so I gave him the address of the Sheriff's office. He could find me there. Another one called me a mfer. Another one I had him on the phone about 45 minutes, said I was following his directions to go to Wal Mart to get ...

Re: Mike Lindell's Frank & MyStore & 'Cyber Symposium' & Other #FAILS - FrankSpeech
What if there were fraudulent ballots cast? Would it surprise anyone if most of them were cast for the former guy? I think the dead people who voted must be subpoenaed to testify (sarcasm intended). My personal opinion is that the former guy did his best to steal the election and failed. That would ...

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, previous owner of a Smith & Wesson M&P15
I would never have put an accused murderer on the stand. However, it is their call and I always had to respect that even when it was very strongly against my advice. I think every defense attorney has been in this situation where the client insists on testifying. It rarely went well in my experience ...

Re: Bundy Clan 411
Some of us intend to ride bicycles in outer space. It is more aspirational than current. I live in an area where poot thinking is not exactly mainstream, but listened to. Unlike us, they don't laugh at it.

Re: ARISEUSA
Not surprisingly, there was an insert in our Sunday paper about someone coming here to educate us on being a constitutional county. I have to wonder if they need to divide and conquer here. Unfortunately, this is deep in the heart of Trump country. Over 80% voted for Trump and every meaningful ...

All he ever needed to do to attend his hearing was adhere to the dress code. I'm sure he got the shirt and shoes part. He isn't protesting that requirement as tyranny? Or is he?

Re: have you received your vaccine yet?
I got my first, Pfizer, last Friday. No more discomfort than a flu shot. The literature they provided said the 2nd one might have some mild side effects. My son in law said he was fatigued after the second one. I could use the rest.

My first, Pfizer will be Friday and they will schedule the second one then - three weeks later most likely. My much younger and more attractive wife won't be eligible for a while. So....looking forward!!

The Montananist
Well, I'm from Montana and always have been. I'm a lawyer with a part-time practice as full retirement wasn't ready for me yet. I have had multiple careers, fighting forest fires (hotshot crew), construction, various oilfield jobs including roughnecking, and lived in several different states ...
