Re: E. Jean Carroll v. Trump: NYS Supreme Court: Re Alleged Rape; Defamation

This is now the second court case that I know of where lawyers for Fox argued they should win their case because what you hear on the network is basically all a bunch of BS and reasonable people should recognize it as BS.

They sure think highly of their "news" viewers, don't they?

What are the odds Himself develops COVID-19 right before the election? My #1 hope is that Trump has to skip the first debate because he's lying in a hospital bed hooked up to a ventilator. And that he remains on that ventilator until the votes are counted in November. At which point he is informed ...

:like:  IIRC, some officers take the whole non-partisan military thing very seriously and won't even vote in elections. Yes, this is not at all unusual for higher ranking members of the military. For the most part, they have a strong sense of duty to country, the meaning of support and defen...

Plus, Trump is nominating judges that also don't practice what we preach but they make rulings that punish other people who don't believe as we do and who don't practice what we preach.

I think the voting habits and attitudes of the Amish may very well be a completely different issue than "the people who were doing something". The Amish can vote for Trump and support Republican views and still not necessarily have been the people who were seen wearing baseball caps.

I don't know if she was unfazed. She seemed on the verge of crying a couple of times  But yeah, she's not ...

Because here's the thing - we are going to have the same or nearly the same deaths under Joe Biden administrati...

This leaves 4 Justices who were appointed by presidents who didn’t win the popular vote. If Trump fills this one, that’s a majority. A pedantic quibble: Roberts and Alito were nominated during Dubya's second term; in 2004, he won a majority of the popular vote. Good quibble. Would he have been the ...

I think the same thing. At least I hope Russia House is keeping information away from Trump. Most of his administration do not qualify for any security clearance, and t...
