Hell, Cisco wrote some of his best stuff.

Truly, he was both a gentleman and a gentle, thoughtful man. We're all better for having known him.
So true.

And yes, Cisco wrote some charming posts. :lovestruck: and :brokenheart:

I left a message for his son in San Francisco. I'm hoping one of his sons will contact me soon.
I hope one of them stops by here and sees how much Tollie meant to us and how much he was respected and loved by all here. I am so very sad.

I wonder how they felt about getting all dressed up in suit and tie to go to the White House and eat cold Big Mac, fries, and Whoppers. That must have seemed pretty weird.

My heart is broken. I have been wondering about Tollie and wondering if anyone heard from him. As many of you have already said - a gentleman through and through. Oh, how I loved Tollie. And Cisco. My heart just breaks for all of us, Tollie added so much to this forum.

I think that's unlikely. His recent tweets suggest he's opposed to the shutdown.
Actually it was a little known congressman from NY named John Baron.
But he writes all the best leji...leagi-... bills.

They musta learned during the mudterms that racism is not a good card to play. NOT!
If the Republicans had held the House, he'd still be in all his committee assignments. They were just getting ahead of the ominous curve on the tracks ahead.

Re: The Revenge of the Jedi....

A constitutional amendment abolishing the electoral college. Too hard to do. But changing the number of congressional districts from 435 to 675 only requires a majority vote in each house and the signature of the President. So those extra 200 odd congressional seats will make a bigger pie next time...

I still believe it's possible that the Trump Tower meeting didn't produce quite as much as Russia was planning, due to Trump not being able to keep his mouth shut. Bragging that he's going to disclose information about Clinton "next week" or whatever, probably made the Russians decide to be careful ...
