Shame on the attorney if he didn't get a retainer for an amount in excess of the reasonably likely billings for the case up front. Lindell was an obvious train wreck that could be seen a mile away. No sympathy for the attorney if he got stiffed.

Normally, Lindell looks more like a confused, sloppy dim bulb to me. Here, he looks utterly demonic. I don't have any way of telling, but this look was so over-the-top that my first thought when I saw this pic last night is that it's been Photoshopped.
