The grade level of his speech is not as big a problem as the fact that most of what he says is contradictory or ambiguous. A POTUS should be able to communicate in a way that doesn't require sending people out to cable TV to try and explain the difference between what he said and what he meant.

Kinda mixed on this. On the downside, he doesn't value judicial temperament, but on the upside, he just defeated a line of attack that the PACs have already sunk a bunch of ad money into.
