Thanks for the ruling, Foggy! It was a tough call, that's why Soros pays you the big bucks.

Gregg, if he'd go to Somalia one way, couldn't he ride in cargo with the 699th? Eject him from the plane in his parachute at potty time.
I wouldn't do that to a dog....

Mexico is too close, but if he's wanting to go to, say Somalia, I would contribute to one way air fare.

Just saying.

Re: White House Impeachment Response Strategy

I have seen several stories over the last few days that think its possible that he would resign before he'd turn over his tax returns. So, with at least 3 cases in front of the Supreme Court just about him turning over his tax returns and exactly none of them based on much actual law, what are the c...

Okay. If people here want to fantasize about a literal coup d'etat that no one and nothing could stop in the event it were to happen, I'll just show myself out. Three years ago I would have agreed with you. But I just watched the Attorney General of the United States say shit on TV that would have ...

If he's acquitted in the Senate, he'll feel strong enough to just cancel the elections. Who'd stop him? Mitch McConnell? Considering that the elections are actually held by the Several States (to use the Constitutional term) and not the federal government, I'd be very curious as to exactly how you ...

Re: Intelligence/Judiciary Impeachment Investigation: Trump Obstruction; Suborning Perjury; Whistleblower(s)

I see from further googling that the second part of the impeachment clause has been interpreted to mean that the 2 possible outcomes of impeachment are separate. Could a former official be 1. Impeached, and 2. Not convicted, but 3. Barred from further office? Or are 1 and 2 necessary for 3? Because...

At the very least we might get to see half a dozen of these cases that are heading for the Supreme Court all go against Trump one way or another during 2020, he could lose a few, he could get denied cert for a few, all of the above? And FFS, if they do grant cert for all of them, they'll need to hol...

Where it’ll get good is when the Biden administration refuses to indict Rudy et al to ensure a peaceful transfer of power. There is so much corruption in the Trump administration it would be impossible for a Biden administration and a real AG to ignore it. I don't see a repeat of Ford pardons Nixon...
